Students take to the Stage!

As part of their Junior Cycle study for English a number of 3rd year students attended a performance of the Merchant of Venice in Birr Theatre on Tuesday. Produced and performed by the Cyclone Rep Theatre Education Company. This excellent production brought the Shakespearean classic to life for the students and there even was the opportunity for some of the students to get involved on stage. This could well be the start of some promising acting careers.
