The 2018 Marist College Talent Show

The 2018 Marist Talent Show was a huge success. We had talented musicians, singers, dancers and our very own Donald Trump impersonator.  From our second year drummers and guitar player to our very own live performance from Slash, it was a show not to be missed. We had some wonderful traditional Irish talent this year, from a trad session with Liam and Ciaran to a skilled sean-nós dancer. You couldn’t help but tap your feet.  Bilal gave a very heartfelt performance singing “Isle of Hope, Isle of Tears”. He deserved his standing ovation. Eoin brought silence to a usually bustling student body with his fantastic singing voice. Matthew, who was our winner this year, had teachers and students hanging on his every word as he took on the challenge of impersonating Donald Trump. Elvis made a glittering appearance again this year, which was predictably entertaining. A massive thanks you to Ms Coleman, Ms Coffey, Ms Brown and Mr Byrne for all the effort they made towards another fantastic show. Well done to all the students and teachers for such a fantastic show!!!
