Debaters Draw Against Garbally!

Our senior debating team travelled to Garbally last week for the latest round of the Concern Debates. The team made up of Transition Year Students; Edward Clarke, Lorcan Withers, Josh Earley and Daniel Butler were opposing the motion ‘China is good for Africa’. Following a robust exchange of views and opinions the adjudicators returned deadlocked and a draw was declared. This was a most enjoyable evening for the lads and thanks to Ms Nolan for her assistance.
